It's that time of year for all-church camping! (If you've already registered, scroll down for more important details about the weekend!)
This is one of our favorite things to do as a church, so we hope you can camp out with us! This year we're going to the gorgeous Lake Cachuma. We'll have campfire conversation, small group discussion, intimate camp services, and worship. There will be multiple activities to enjoy during the day--from games, hiking, relaxing at the site, and wine tasting in Los Olivos. Come for the beauty, the people, the finest camping food you'll ever taste (truly, Ashley wins at cooking), and all the fun or maybe crazy memories to be made. All are welcome--invite anyone you know!
More logistics:
<> We cook communally and provide breakfast and dinner. Bring your own lunch, snacks, apps, and beverages.
<> We'll be having our church service at Lake Cachuma in place of our usual service in Glendale, so if you want to come up for just Sunday, please do.
Price per person:
<> Campsite: projected at $125 per person
<> Cabin: $400 for the whole cabin or $200 per bed (there are 2 beds per cabin)
<> Yurt: projected at $150
<> Day-Trip: $0
Scholarships are available: If money is a barrier to joining us, please don't hesitate to reach out about a scholarship. Email Ashley at amyers@glenpres.org.
